Exhibitor Information
LIMITED NUMBER
A limited number of vendors are invited to exhibit at the 2006 Evolution
in Irvine, CA.
EXHIBITS
To maximize exposure and increase points of contact
with attendees, the booths will be placed in the main thorough fare
of the World Trade Center. This space will have tremendous traffic
as attendees travel to and from workshops. Workshops will be staggered
to allow for time with the exhibitors. In addition, publicized exhibition
hours will be set aside before and after the scheduled workshops.
BOOTH SPACE
Each exhibitor will receive one 6 or 8 draped table,
two chairs, a listing in the Conference Outline Book, and TWO VIP
passes for booth staff to attend workshops of interest. The opportunities
are as follows:
· Standard Booth - $899
· Additional Tables/Space - $250
· A banner displayed in a workshop space or area other than
your booth in the event - $500
· Convention Outline Ad Space - $500 full page
· In addition to the coupon insert in the Welcome Packet, increase
your exposure with sample product and/or brochures and flyers - $250
per insert
